Palm Treo 700w / 700wx

Accessories? Same as 650?

I read somewhere, I forgot where, that the accessories for the 650 would work with the 700W. is this true? Can anyone with both check it out and confirm?

a 650 car charger makes the 700 make a loud screeching noise when plugged in haha
