VX6700 & Bluetooth

I hope i don't sound like a dummy for asking this, but oh well: did Verizon neuter the bluetooth capabilities on the VX6700 or is it naturally that way?

What do you mean? I have two different Bluetooth headsets (Both Motorola) and love them.

I meant as far as sending and receving through bluetooth.

Yes, VZW doesn't like BT. So yes they changed the ways you are allowed to use BT on the 6700.

Every company has their gay little rules! Verizon with their bluetooth, Sprint & the haact that you have to go online to retrieve your MMS, don't even get me started on my opinions of Cingular, T-Mobile, & Alltel (e-mail me if you wanna know my opinion). They ahh have their bs, but it's a matte rof who has the least bs; and at this time, Verizon seems the most tolerable of all the cell phone companies. Some (if not many) will disagree, but that's how i see it.

the version of the bluetooth on the ppc 6700 only support object push (v cards and contact) voice gateway blue tooth headset and bt dun not all versions of bluetooth are able to do object exchange. www.bluetooth.com will show you the difference in bluetooth technology.
