Lost program

I just recently purchased this phone,, and while playing around with it,, by mistake I deleted the Wireless Synch program. I'm not sure how I did it especially since the manual on page 66 states that programs that came with phnoe ca not be deleted. Question: I s there any way to recover the program or install it again on the phone? Thanks for any help.

You are screwed. That program is in the ROM. You can't reinstall that without a reflash.

if you do hard reset it will come back....

Probably not. Hard reset will reset everything to what is loaded in the ROM. The problem is that it sounds like he has somehow deleted this program from ROM there for a hard reset will not work. But it's always worth a try.
