Sinking with Outlook for the 6700
I have Outlook 2000 on my computer presently. When I put in the disk to set up the software to the with the 6700 it wants to upgrade my Outlook to 2002. Will that erase all my contacts, e-mails or files stored in my Outlook now?

Save a copy of your .pst file first. Then you should be fine either way. In general an upgrade should not delete current data, but having a backup solves the problem.
