Problems with Wireless ActiveSync

Is anyone else experiencing a problem with Wireless Exchange ActiveSync not working after you remove the xv6700 from its USB cradle? I have to hard reset the device after I do a USB sync if I want the wireless sync to work and vice versa. After I do a wireless sync and put the device back on the cradle, it won't sync with my exchange server.

I've never done the USB sync to Exchange. I do EVDO sync only and it's worked fine once I finally got the Exchange web site configured correctly.
