Why doesn’t all Windows Mobile 5.0 device offer voice recognition?

After looking at an array of devices that run on Windows 5.0 I have notice some of them offer voice recognition. Is this just a feature carrier’s leave out of the spec list or is just not offered. The Majority of the older Pocket PC 2003 edition devices offer voice recognition, what’s up Microsoft. What is you opinion on this I would like to hear from you. Later

They probably want you to buy Microsoft Voice Command 1.5, which is leaps and bounds more advanced than any on-board voice recognition I have ever seen. It's also worth every penny of the $29.99 you can get it for.

This is actually the very first software purchase anyone should make for any WM device.

In fact, I've already purchased it for my XV6700, which won't even be out until 1/5/06.
