sync problem

I am having trouble with sync it with my computer have Had the PPC-6600 but had no problem with syncing it. but since I got this one. I have had trouble sync it every time I sync it says it desktop problem. any help.

Make sure that you are using Active sync 4.0 (what came with the PPC-6700).

yes I'm using that one. I installed and restalled it but nothing solved.
