Streaming audio?

Okay, so on the VERY FIRST TRY I was able to open up a 128k, stereo online radio stream from the internet and it played (www.radioseven.se). It was officially awesome. I found the exact url by playing it on my desktop, and choosing Properties from Windows Media Player, and copying it out. Money.

HOWEVER, as luck would have it, that was the only time I could get it to work. Now I can't stream any audio streams at all ☹️

Anybody else have success with this? I don't know what the heck is up with it ☹️

Well, I answered my own question about the streaming audio.

I believe that the windows media streaming protocol has some dynamic page (e.g. *.asx) redirect the user to server after server to locate one with the spare bandwidth to serve them. I also suspect that the phone's media player will seek through a much smaller list than the full, desktop media player before calling it quits. I was trying to scan stations in the evening, and I bet some of them were pretty overloaded and the phone was quitting before finding a connection.

Second, I think it's just tough to support a 128k music stream on this phone. Although it can do it sporadically, I've been unable to have it go more than a few mins without skipping. But the 48k streams are...
