Ringtones on card
can you plug the memory card up to the computer and drag and drop songs into the ringtones folder on the MDA?

You can put songs on your card and then touch and hold over the song to set it as a ring tone. That will copy it to your ring tone folder for you. You can't set songs as a ring tone with out having it on your phone's internal memory though.
