I just saw it at Circuit City for $199. I'm sure that is with a new activation and contract. You might also check Amazon. They are known to have good deals on phones.

There's an online shop called ushopwireless.com that's been offering the MDA with a new contract for between 99 and 149, depending on the day. There's a notice on there that the offer expires at the end of the day, but that is a lie -- the expiration date just moves forward a day at the end of every day.

I can't vouch for the shop, and that expiration date lie isn't a good sign, but at that price, it's worth doing some research to see if they're legit.
