Motorola RAZR V3c

I recently recived a cingular razr v3c. I have suncom service so I unlocked the phone. my web browser wont work. I called cingular...they can't do anything. so I called Suncom. They directed me through the process but the browser still will not work. So I can't use my phone to its full potential. Can someone help me to get the browser working. and is there any kind of software (preferably free, but willing to pay) to get into the phone and remove all of the cingular logos and stuff? any help/input would be greatly appreciated.
