Hi guys -

I've seen some threads saying that a lot of problems could be solved by upgrading the software for the Razr V3C and the latest is 04 version... how I can check my version? and how I can upgrade it? what should I do in order to do so???

thx a lot

Go to menu=>settings and tools=>system=>device info=>Other information=>S/W version.

You're probably running 01.15.02 or 01.15.03. The new software is 01.15.04. Just take your Razr to the nearest Verizon store and they will flash it for you. It should take anywhere from 10 minutes to a half-hour depending on the wait.

At my store for example, they could only do one at a time so I had to wait until one Razr finished before they got to mine. Took 30 minutes for me. You might want to call the store first to make sure they have the new software. I've read some posts at HowardForum where some Verizon stores didn't have the flash yet.

Ahh, I did not know you got your phone from Bell and live in Canada. I don't have an answer then if your phone can be upgraded. The best thing to do is to call the Bell store and see if there are software/firmware upgrades to your phone.
