Found it! Definition of the term "sidetone" for those echo concerns!

Hey That is Crazy I actually looked that term "sidetone" up and here is what i found:

"sidetone: The sound of the speaker's own voice (and background noise) as heard in the speaker's telephone receiver. (18Cool Note: Sidetone volume is usually suppressed relative to the transmitted xxvolume. Synonym telephone sidetone"

And this is what Vendors describe this as:
