I'm not sure if anyone has asked this or if you've told us. Have you ever owned a Motorola phone before?
The reason why I ask this is because your so happy with the VZW/LG UI system.. I feel that if you owned a Motorola before you would be right along with everyone else.
I was an assistant manager for VZW until last month when I parted with the company.. This UI thing is very big deal to VZW and to its consumers.. You are right the VZW UI is very easy & will be on every new phone from this point on so we should all get used to it if we plan to stay on VZW, but you have to understand coming from a moto menu system the UI lacks so many things. Thank you so much for this message UofDVZW. I feel the exact same way. This phone does not feel like a motorola. Im taking it back and getting the e815. Im giving up the convinience of the size but this UI does not work with me at all. I was used to the razr from cingular and you could customize everything on that phone OBEX included. Im just gonna hang in there for a year with the 815 and hope the cingular gets better, because their system thruly sucks but their phones are the best.
