The Razr should be out before Christmas. The rebate information has valid from 11/28/2005 to 01/07/2006. The Razr and the Nokia will be released together.

This is for Verizon. That does not mean that the phone is coming out tomorrow. That mean that the phone will probably be out between the 09 and the 8th of the month. Verizon would not publish the rebate for nothing. 😳 The price should be about 199.99 to 299.99 with the $100 mail rebate or $100 instant rebate online. 😉
