can someone help me please

I have had the w600 for a little more than a month, and listen to this::

the loop antenna came apart
the blue cover thing snapped on the side
it blanks out about once aday

now i have had this phone replaced twice
once for the white screen of death
and once for the loop antenna coming apart,...and both have happened once again

now I know if i call warrenty extange they will send me the same phone. now I hate this phone and dont want it any more so could cingular replace it with something else?

cingular has a 30 day return policy. Past 30 days you are stuck with the phone till your contract is up. You can try talking to someone at cingular and see if you can get an upgrade early but you will have to have aleast 1yr fulfilled of a 2 yr contract and then you might be able to get a 1 yr discount on a different phone. If I was you do another XBM I know its a pain in the butt. But cingular will only do so much.

believe me i treat this phone like gold, i have never been hard on it. I dont know maybe i should wait till the summer when the motorola v3i comes out because right now Im not to happy with any of the phones cingular offers,...can i have a suggestion a good phone by cingular??

A little known fact about Cingular is that once you do 3 exchanges on the same model phone, XBM has to offer you a comparable phone. I know this not only because I've done it several times (most recently with the Motorola V400 and the Siemens S66), but also because I'm in management with Cingular. Contact XBM and do another exchange. This will be your third if I'm not mistaken. If that one is defective, contact XBM again. This time, throw a little of the knowledge you've just picked up on their way. If they won't assist you, demand to speak to a manager and you will get a different phone. As for any recommendations, I'm a Nokia and Sony Ericsson kind of guy. I absolutely HATE Motorola with a passion, so I would NEVER recommend a Moto for any...

well i tried what you said and i got one person who had no clue what they were talking about, one who didnt speak english and one excuse me for my launage but bitchy lady who didnt want to hear what i said. According to them my prolbem is that i had the phone extanged at my cingular store 3 timesand not by XBM but after the 3rd phone they replaced which was once again defective they said i had to call the cingular 1800 number and deal with them and so i did. and they said that i could only get the same model as I have now and there was no way for me ot extange it for a different model so it looks like I have to wait now for my contract to run out, and that I will be using my old phone until I can get something different. I HATE CINGULAR!
