White Screen
I have had two bad W600i's both work fine for about a week and then screen goes white and the phone dies. We at my office have called it the white screen of death 🙂 I was just wanting to see if anyone else was experiencing this same problem?

I have two of these as well. The one had this problem but corrected itself, except it now has sound issues, my fiance' doesn't like the phone so it's being sent back for a RAZR.
Mine just started the white screen of death issue! I'll be exchanging it for a new one under warranty exchange

Good glad I'm not the only one who has seen the problem. All the one's now seem to be working good. But I guess I'm a little gun shy 🙂

I just returned my w600i today. I got the white screen while transferring via IR. It just locked up and all I get is a white screen, nothing else. I had the phone for three days. I am still searching for a new phone.

Yeah my fiance had this phone and had the same problem he liked the phone so much though he exchanged it for a second one. A week later the new one did the same thing. He ended up going back to the Motorola MPX 220 (you might like this phone also). I work at an agent location though and out of all the ones sold we have only had the problem with three of them, so if you really like the phone maybe give it one more shot 🙂

I got my white screen of death. It goes back for exchange today. My second line phone is still OK, who knows for how long. At least Wirefly provided me with return shipping coupon for FedEx ground.
