okay so after change the vids it to 3gp how do i put them in to the my_flix folder on the card?.. i have to have the v cast service? .. or how does that work lemme know :-/

No, you don't need VCAST to do this. Put your card into the card reader on you PC, open up the MY_FLIX folder and drag and drop your video from your desktop into this folder. Put the card back into the phone, go to GET IT NOW, GET PIX AND FLIX, then MY_FLIX, and it should be there.
