Samsung SCH-A950

I love this phone, love the camera, but one thing i hate. there is a delay after i press to take a picture and the actually taking of the picture. so if i push the button and then move the camera, i miss the shot. or if i try to take a picture of something the is not stationary, cant do it. anyone know why or how to fix this? thanks!
