Enabling full bluetooth useage on the a950?

Samsung supports full BT in this device, but VW has stripped it out.

I'm going to take my phone back and not renew service through VW.

VW recommends I purchase a USB cable, and I find this absolutely laughable. Other carriers support BT w/o restrictions..
