V Cast Music
So i gout a 950 from my buddy, how do i know if he has the version that has vcast music on it. Is there a software version i have to have. Also does it only work in vcast area or can you get the music store on your phone if in not vcast area.

Software Version V. a950.YK24 will be the latest with VCAST MUSIC. To check your SW version, go to MENU-SETTINGS $ TOOLS-5.System-1.Device Info-2.SW Version.
As far as the second part of your question....You DO have to be in a VCAST area to download music directly from your phone, but you don't have to be in a VCAST area to get music from the online library and sync it to your phone with the MUSIC ESSENTIALS KIT.
