Did you anyone have issues with Screen Display?
I have been having this phone for 2 months now- it was working great. All of a sudden two days ago I noticed that when I open up my flip, I see a white screen (no display at all), I can still make calls but I cant see what I am dialing. I turned it off and removed the battery and seemed to solve the problem. But it happened again today I would say total of 2 white screens in 3 days.
I call *611 and they told me not charge it when it is on but I have never had any issues with charging the phone while its on.
Any one had a similar issue (white screen) ? Any thoughts?

I don't think it's the screen. Yhe phone freezes. I have had 2 phone and when the signal drops, the phone freezes. Verizon has not helped me with the problem and they refuse to admit there's even a problem.

hmmm....no my phone actually sometimes drops to no signal at all (the signal bar has no lines at all) and the screen is fine. It doesn't freez. I am assuming when you say freez, you cannot touch any button or do anything with the phone. In my case, I can still dial calls but without being to see the screen display. It never happened since I started to charge the phone at night while its off. I used to have my phone always connected to the charger but now I don't - I only charge it once at nigh (closed) and during the day I dont charge it and that seems to solve the issue!
