Don't assume that rule is set in stone. 🙂

Well, actually, after your 15 days you cannot return for a different phone! You can sell yours on ebay, give it to a friend, throw it in the trash, whatever you want to do with it. It's up to you. You do need to, however, purchase the next phone at full retail if you are not due for new every two, as I assume your not if you just got the 8100 not to long ago. So basically what I'm saying is, if you purchase a phone, go past your 15 days, the phone is yours. You can buy a new phone at retail every month if you want and change as often as you want.

Sometimes you just need to push a little. It all depends on your relationship with your Rep. I actally returned the second phone and am waiting to try the A970. My Rep said I can try the A970 too (I didn't use up my trial period). None of these transactions cost me any $.

Good Luck

I dumped the 8100 for the 815 at 18 days and it didn't cost me anything. It also helped that the 8100 had issues though.
