Updating phone
I have heard people talking about updating their phones every month or so. How do you go about doing that? I am not talking about the update where you go to the Verizon store. Is that the update everyone is talking about? If not, is there something on the phone I should be looking for to update the software?

That is simply to update your list of local towers. (roaming list) and is good to do every month or so incase new towers were added. 👀
They might be referring to the firmware upgrades which you have to have them do at the store. and the 9800 should be on v.05 now. 🙄
