3GP Converter

I downloaded the file and extracted it. Now I went to setup and there are a bunch of options to choose from. If someone could help me choose the right one. Im using the LG V

you want to convert it to a 3gp or a 3g2 i suggest 3g2 because at least with my converter it will allow me to put the sound in stereo instead of mono which makes a big difference, or at least i think so. As far as the video goes it just depends on your preference the better quality the more room it takes so that is really up to you which one is more important

QVGA Normal quality 15fps Stereo or Mono.
