s/w version
i got this phone on thursday and the s/w version is t98vz01. today i asked the tech support it they had version 02. they said the highest version out now is 4 and i have it on my phone. are these guys idiots or am i wrong??

if you have vz01 it means its version ONE. ANy new phone will have version ONE on it.
I think the highest version is 3 or 4, but its only available in VERY limited areas
