Hi before I purchased this phone I read the posts to help me make a final decision. I purchased the unbranded 6682 off of ebay. I thought I wouldn't have any issues with this phone because I have the 32K sim. My phone has issues with staying connected or being connected to the headset. I have a nokia hdw-3 and a hs-850. Sometimes it will connect and other times it won't. I also have a problem with the phone resetting when I try to connect with the headset. I learned by calling nokia that because I bought the phone off of ebay that the phone is considered used and I will have to pay them to fix it. I like this phone but now I wish I would have just stuck with my 6620. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance!!

yes grow a brain and return the phone, I can believe anyone would buy this phone after reading all the issues it has...grow up and take some responsibility for your actions which no one else in this forum will do... 🙄

Ive had trouble as well with some blue tooth products. One I had was the little blue and silver moto headset 850???? I think. This would constantly break the bluetooth contact and the voice dialing never worked. Then I got the black berry headset, not sure about model number but its black and goes over the ear with protruding mic. This one I had the same prob with the voice dial. Now I use the razorwire for about a week and a half and had no problums. Only thing is you look kind of foolish in the dark with them on, and its not very safe for driving lol.

I had the cheap motorola BT headset and it would lose connection. Gave it to my wife and it worked fine with her V551. So I got a logitech mobile freedom and it has worked great, and has amazing standby time. I've charged it once.

Not to me it wasnt. The HS820 was the most comfortable (althought there is an upgrade to that one. I have no experience with it though) and the Moto HS850 works superb with my 6682. I sold the Logitech 2 days after I bought it.

It is for me, but I had a hard time finding one that was. I think my ear is weird. Get it from a place that takes returns.

mrsice3, I had the Nokia HDW-3 at one time too. Thought it was the best headset EVER. Until I tried on the Moto H500! Way better. And I don't like motorola phones, but this headset it incredible. I tried something with it too. Do you do most of your voice tags in the car, while you are driving? I do. So I was in some hella slow traffic one day, like 5mph & decided to redo most of my voice tags! and they work every single time now. Try it...hehehe it works.

Thanks for the info!! Yes, I do most of my voicetags while driving. I will try the H500. My moto HS850 works but sometimes it will disconnect from the phone or the phone will reboot while I'm trying to use the headset.

I have had a Motorola HS-850 for several weeks now and have to say have not had any issues with my 6682. The phone does funky things on its own, but the 850 works like a charm and great with the VoiceSignal software. I just press the button on side of the 6682, say "Call name" and it dials fine.
