Zedge.no is a good site.
Download to your pc and then install the sis file to your phone using PC Suite.
You can view all you want but in order to download, you have to join, which is free. And you can download 20, themes, ringtones, wallpapers and any other free downloads they have (total combined) per day for free.

Sorry but mobile9 doesn't come close to the other 2 sites mentioned. They are the best, hands down.
