another way to put mp3s on there besides itunes?

is it possible to put mp3s on the slvr without using itunes? I am not familiar with itunes, i have never used it in my life. i am just wanting to know this before i get the phone. thanks

also, do they come with headphones, because i see that it doesn't have a headphone jack
