Just got the phone, its great!

It was worth the money and the camera is such an improvement. The website I bought it from above sells you the British version unlocked. I'm not sure why they're saying it won't be released until Q3 2005.

Question, how's the sound quality? I remember one of the BIGGEST problems with the V600 was the fact that the speaker was so low you couldn't hear anything. Another problem was speed! It was very slow to save stuff. How's that on the V635?

The sound qulaity is escellent on the phone. My friend has the V600 and it has definitely improved. The speed is not ideal but not really slow. It may take a second to load the pictures from the transflash card but thats about it.

Is there any sorta light on the outside like on the v600? i know it has that cool light around the "M" symbol when it rings....is there any sorta light that blinks when u have a text/voice mail message? or do u have to press a button and look at the screen??

No there is no rainbow light like the V600. But when you get a message the outside screen lights up
