Latest software version?

I'm about to buy a Motorola V635 off of ebay from this guy: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem &rd=1&item=310045024017&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA: IT&ih=021 Does anyone know what the latest software version is on this phone? What all was updated or fixed with the newest software? Also, is this guy that I'm buying it from a good ebay seller? Has anyone ever bought a V635 from him before? Thanks in adavace! 🙂
