Samsung SCH-i730

I download videos to my i730 but can't play them !!!!!

Okay, what's the problem? I download the video clips to my device. I use the File Explorer to find them. I click on them and get the same message over and over and freakin over again:
'cannot open file find application and open from there.' Somebody please help with this freakin frustrating propblem !!!
