😢 Could someone please help me? I have this shiny new phone and gave up a Motorola v710 for this and it's a great phone. However I'm trying to use it as a modem via blue tooth with my laptop. I've called Verizon, they don't support that because they want you to pay them and use their service. I called Samsung and they told me it could be done, but they don't support it because Verizon wants me to pay them and use their service. Can anyone help me with this?

Verizon disabled this feature because they are greedy. However, people are working on cracking it. So far people have figured out how to use it via USB, but I bet if you give it a couple weeks people will find a crack. CHeck out this forum:

Well i would be happy if i knew how to use it via usb at this point. I just need to find out where to get a usb cable that goes from my phone to my notebook.
