Does anyone know if Sprint has plans for a version of this phone? I would hate to give Verizon 2 more yrs if so. Thanks

I sure hope they will. It's exactly what I need.
Sprint and Verizon Share several phones including the similar PPC-6600 which is similar yet inferior to this one.

As for cust svc.. I left Verizon to go to sprint. I find the cust service at Sprint to be many levels above the former. I also find that Verizon can't touch the level of plan I have through sprint for the money without nickle and diming me into the poor house.

I'll stay where I'm at and hope Sprint will pick up this phone. I don't thing Samsung has the say so much as a carrier's willingness to buy it. I have already sent emails to sprint and suggest you do the same and request that they carry this phone.

Good idea. I have 5 phones w/ Verizon & recently added 5 w/ Sprint so too soon re cust service. but roaming is on Verizon's towers (I guess, who else is cdma), and pricing at $5 / 100 minutes on overages sure beats Verizon, plus the constant tinkering w/ plans to keep getting new 2 yr commitments pushed me over the edge. Unless something changes Sprint will get all my business soon.
