Samsung SCH-i730

I am a new i730 owner (yesterday) and need to pair with the Mobile Ease system in a Lincoln (ford). The system pairs easily. When i try to dial, i get the message that that function is not supported. I installed and uninstalled this several times and it worked properly for 5 minutes then stopped.

Any ideas what i am doing wrong?? All help is appreciated.
