I am not joking. I just ordered mine and I am a consumer customer. If you dont believe me go to your account online, go to account maintance, and click upgrade phone. It is listed there. So I called customer service and they said yes you can order it today and I explained I also have it on my upgrade online now thing. Well guess what it is being shipped express today to get here tomorrow baby!!!

Ok I have to correct this before it gets out of hand. It did not work through customer support on the phone BUT I did order it through the online phone upgrade thing. I got a confirm and everything so I am praying like crazy.

Sweet, just ordered mine. Just want to share my experience with over-the-phone order. I have a regular consumer account. I called last monday, said I want this phone, no problem, placed an overnight order, promised to have last tuesday (June 21st). Ofcorse I didn't get anything, called again, they couldn't figure out what's the holdup. Called next day, and next day. Finally some lady that aparently had more then half a brain on friday, figured it out, and said that the order did not really go through, even though status said Shipped, as the release date for consumers is July 7th. She said that the order will not go through and just stay in that state, so on July 7th I should call and place another one. Hope the same thing does not ha...

Yea it turns out that their phones are on hold. So they cannot ship it out. My person on the phone almost ordered me the I-700 and not the I-730. I was like wait what. But anyway I ordered it online so we will see.

And what pissed me off the most is that nobody could give me a clear answer for 5 days. I mean honestly, when they place an order on their systems, does it not say that the phone is not released yet, or not available or something? Not only the sales person took the order, 4 others, one for each day I called to check the status, could not or did not want to tell me this.

See sure we all get excited because it is listed but it kinds screws them up I think. I mean they think one thing and then find out another.

Just spoke with a rep, they said that even though July 7th is the official release date, the orders placed through the website will ship as they're placed.

Do you know how long it NORMALLY takes realistically for an order to be fulfilled? I didnt have an option for quicker shipping and it says usually in 2-5 business days. I am hoping since it is tuesday that I can get it this week but hopefully tomorrow!!!
