ok so im getting ready to upgrade in may, and im contrasting the v3c and this phone, simply because the samsung sch-a930 is taking FOREVER to come out.

yes you can zoom while recording video on the VX8100, I'm pretty sure you can also do it on the Razr v3c, but since I had that phone only for 3 days I didn't get to use it alot.
