V07 problems
I have to say that every time I get my phone updated there are positive aspects and then there are negative. I'm not even going to mention update to V04 when internet was lost.
V07 has increased the volume and reduced camera delay and that's about it.
Vcast apps are not available to download because the database can't figure out for 2 weeks what's going on... why the list is so small--> I wish they would have told me that the update wouldn't just erase my apps, but I won't be able to download them again :-(
The DUN fix... it's not working.. I am getting same thing that I got when I updated my software to version 4 (connect for 4 seconds and gone)
I would say if you need DUN or Vcat apps, don't update your phone until they fix ...

Well, for the GIN apps u can call customer service and have them credit ur account. Then, whenever they make the app available again for u to download then go ahead and u wont be charged for it

👿 👿 I was very upset when I got the Software update for my 8100. I lost everything from my GIN and they're not even listed so that I can get them back. I called about getting a credit and a young lady told me that they are no longer authorized to do it. I don't believe it for one moment but I just received credit before when my phone died and I needed to re-download. But there should be something for ALL 8100 owners b/c the time we waste going back and forth to the store is the time they could've spent checking all these issues before the phone was released. We also should get the same options as the Moto 710 owners to either get something else or a credit or something.
