Hi does anyone have trouble with thier phone rebooting when you are using BT headset? When I push the call button if it doesn't recognize what I say,it times out and power cycles my phone. I have swapped it out tried 4 different types of headsets. I am about to give up. I have V 6 on phone my store says they do not have V 7. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also I can only get about 5 feet from phone or I get static. Any help also on what headsets work the best have tried Jabra BT250 now using 500 plantronics 300 and voyager. sorry for so many questions I have had many phones but this is first Blue tooth and so far not impressed 😢

As far as the static at 5 feet, unfortunately even though most BT headsets say you can go 30-33 feet, it's just not the case. They will all get some static when you move more than 5 or so feet from them. You shouldn't, however, have problems with the phone rebooting. Instead of swapping out headsets, I would definately swap out the phone. Sounds like a definate phone problem to me.

Hey Mary, i swapped out yesterday i just bought the phone on Thursday last week. Do you think it is a problem with Version 6 ? The stores here say they do not have V7 ? As all or most that are on here I am a freak and love phones and have owned most that VZW has had I love LG and have never had may of the problems that others speak of till now. I can't have a phone that continues to power cycle. What do you think. Thanks

I can't help but wonder if it is the V06. Some on here say that there are no problems with it, but a trusted Tech at the store near me says that V06 was a beta version with glitches and shouldn't have ever been put on the handsets! Hard to know what/who to believe. Did your store say when they might have it? I thought they should all have it by now. Do you have any other full-service stores near you?

I did read that on here, but according to the Tech I know and also CS and Tech Support over the phone, V06 is the one with problems and V07 is the latest, greatest and never had been recalled for anything. ?????????

Pretty sure the person talking about v7 being recalled was just mistaken and had experienced a store with techs that were scared to flash after messing up and frying a couple phones. (Tech issue not software issue most times)

Thanks to all who responded. Got version 7 today has seemed to help the powering off thing but I do not want to jinx it. Again thanks
Hoping for the best.

You have a problem with the phone. Swap it. As far as v06, it was 'beta', as told to me by a tech supervisor and was not supposed to be released.

CLOSE!......Version 6 was the version that had just MOD...music on demand....version 7 is the version that has music on demand, the fix for the earpiece volume, and a fix for the camera delay. This are just the things that are obvious....there are probably behind the scenes things it fixed too, but the release notes aren't available yet, so not sure what they are.

I still have camera delay. Just repeating what tech told me.

Right....now try this....lower the resolution to any other setting and take a picture.....wow...no delay!

THe only delay you are going to have is when it's at optimal resolution....it's a phone...not a digital camera.
