Call someone keeps restarting phone

When I use the Call Someone feature, with certain contacts, the phone just reboots rather than giving me a list? Is there a problem with my phone, or can I try something different?

Yes, you have a phone problem. Phone should not reboot. I never had that and I have had 5 phones.
