i don't know but i think they have issues billing per minute on evdo so they have no real way to track you so you jus thte unlimited. Hopefully they will come out with some cheaper tethering options for light users. I guess we will waite and see, but at leaste Verizon is starting to at leaste allow you to do this.

Since they are charging so much for it, they are helping create a market for those new $200 EVDO routers. If I wanted to run my entire office internet connection off of their EVDO service, then it would be worth the $60 per month plus buying a router. Bet the spammers will find it a bargain at that price.
