Is there any way that I can make the MP3's play louder on my phone? They play pretty loud, but I work in the mall so it really loud in here. Also is there any type of special speakers that will fit the ear jack?

There is a program called mp3 gain. You can google it and it will increase the volume of your mp3s. I have used it and it has worked great on mine.

You can also get a stereo headset. I got the Jabra ones from Verizon and they make the MP3's extremely loud! So loud you have to almost have it on the lowest volume sometimes! They sound awesome, like a good surround sound stereo system.
