You do that through the VZW website goto vtext.com and you can block them out.

That would only block ppl I have on "vtext" wouldn't it? I wanna be able to block someone texting me from there phone. Know what I mean? 🙄

no from my experience you can block what ever number you enter in to the website. EX. if you want to want to block your friends number you enter their number and it's blocked. hope this helps

To be exact you can block any cell phone from texting you or any email address from sending messages to your phone. However, if they use (vtext.com) the vzw website to send txt messages to your cell phone those you cannot block.

That came right off the website. How can we block #s just from cell phones since this says "web sites, domain names, or wireless nicknames"?
I tried myself as a test and just typed in my # and it didn't work.
