Also, pushing an object to or pulling an object from another device. Phone book entries and calendar entries are typical data items (objects).

O boy, you did a google search and gave a definition. You have never used a full Bluetooth phone that is obvious.

Object Exchange is a set of protocols allowing objects such as vCard contact information and vCalendar schedule entries to be exchanged using either IrDA or Bluetooth. Symbian OS implements IrDA for exchange of vCards, for example between a Nokia 9210 Communicator and an Ericsson R380 Smartphone, and vCalendar.

You prove my point. Bluetooth this Bluetooth that. It’s obvious you have know idea what’s involved in doing a simply object push. Better stick with Verizon phones anything else would be to confusing for you. Actually better stick with you 8100, because the E815 can do object push. πŸ™‚

Obviously when he's pushing objects like keys on his keyboard he can't even figure that out because his last answer was so f^&%^$ up on grammer and spelling!

P.S. This guy is nothing but trouble. I have dealt with him many times in the past on here and on the 815 forum. He went away for awhile, but he's obviously back. He's a real A$$. Just ignore him and he'll go away again, for awhile at least.

I guess I am wondering...what is the purpose of this thread? I was under the assumption that this forum is to be able to give and receive help. Obviously some people have too much time on their hands. If someone was really dead set on having something that the 8100 is not capable of doing...I am pretty sure they would switch. Therefore by process of elimination I am assuming that anyone having a phone that is not capable of doing something...either doesn't care about that particular feature or have decided that it isn't a top priority for them. So what the F**K is your point? 😁 🀣 πŸ™„ πŸ˜‰

Great point??
you win??

There's a big world out there with lots of opportunities. try to be right about something that can make you some money or that can help someone out. No one cares about this but you. I have an idea to help you out with your problem, write yourself a letter about how much you know about this subject and then mail it to yourself. then you can write a response argueing it and mail it back to your address. you can keep it going back and forth until you get it out of your system. This should help.
Go get em..... 🀣

Yeah, so I'm just now reading this and, I agree - I don't know what the point is.

I know, I know, motorolams550, you said you brought it up because of this and that. However, I haven't seen you telling anyone on this forum how to do an object push, or even what an object push is.

There are some of us, like me, who don't have a CLUE as to what an object push is and I'm not ashamed to admit it.

So, why don't you tell us ignorant ones exactly what it is that you are talking about.

sounds pretty cool, really just a different way of doing the same thing. even if my phone could do that, i think i would still just pop my sd card in the reader, drag and drop, and put back in phone, hell of a lot faster. but i can see the usefulness if you use a laptop without a reader, and in that case i would use it.

i realize they are changing the charging port, i was extremely pleased when i saw that on the moto, but i am referring to now not the future(the charging port should have been addressed and fixed 2 years ago) My point is this, we don't get paid by what model we sell but by the plan, motos get great rf and have many desirable features but when almost half of the phones you sell come back with pissed off customers you begin to push people away from those models. when a customer asks me if a moto is good i simple tell the truth, yes it is a nice phone, however we have had a lot of them come back with problems. and it is not just the terrible charging port, when had a shipment of 265's(30 phones) ever single one came back within three months bec...
