several hours? How long does it take to upgrade the software version? Are you actually in Pittsburg? I am half (or more) way across the state (closer to Philly) in York but we are grouped with the Pittsburgh market. So I am wondering if my local store will have it.

I work downtown Pittsburgh and I dropped off my phone during lunch around 12:30. They said to give them several hours (not sure if this was due to volume or actual amount of time it takes to upload). I picked up my phone around 4:00 and everything seems to be working ok with the exception of all my pictures now have a "?" on them and they appear to be gone.

Anyone reading this...if you ask and ANY store nationwide tries to say that they dont have the update(like this store did) just ask them to power cycle their flashbox. They have all had the update since Thurs 9/1/05 9pm. Good luck.
