LG VX-8100
Called Verizon Tech Support Today...
I referred her to this site. Too bad she said she only has "limited" access to the internet. I told her to check it out when she got home. lol
I can't believe the disconnect between the different reps, LG, Verizon and what we read on here.
She also said there is NO update for the phone as of right now. She did tell me that MAYBE other carriers such as Cingular had an update...I informed HER that Verizon is the only carrier with the 8100. Her response? "oh".
I think we could all take their jobs, honestly.
