Like others, I've been having battery problems so I went into a local store here in Brooklyn, NY to check it out. I called first to confirm that they had them for replacement and they said 'Sure we have 'em'.
Of course when I got there the friendly woman in the tech dept. said: 'We haven't seen that phone for 2 weeks! We only got a few of 'em when they came out and haven't gotten any more in'.
She told me to check with inventory today. I called and they told me to try again tomorrow.
Now I'm one of the lucky ones with no volume or bluetooth problems. But this battery thing sucks.
The phone always dies when I leave it for a few hours without using it (almost like it's insulted so it shuts down 😁 ). This happens whether no matter how muc...

I seem to have been very lucky and have no battery issues. I have no low volume issues except I DO have the fluctuating volume issue. I have considered taking it in to exchange for that reason alone, since its annoying, but fear getting a worse phone as a replacement.

If your battery is doing that, I would take a chance on getting a new one. just my opinion of course,

Thanks for the reply. How's your speakerphone? Mine's OK, just a little choppy.

LMK what happens if you take it in for replacement.

Thanks.

Just a new battery may be all you need! Good luck! 😁

Then shut it down when your not using it! 😁

Haha...j/k

I have no problems w/ the phone or the battery, I would have the battery replaced but it could also be the phone, so replace it all!

Good luck

As far as phone book transfer - I was told that they JUST got the cables to do the transfer. I think some places charge $10 though! There is a thing called "Backup Assistant" and it's through GET IT NOW. It's $1.99 per month and it backs up your contacts and checks for new additions every day (and if there are new contacts, it will back those up). Then, if you get another phone, it will upload your contacts!

Thanks for the info. I think I'll just do the one time transfer - I don't plan on switching phones again for at least a year (yeah that long 😁 )
Last time I got it done at a mall store on a quiet afternoon and I was expecting to pay but they didn't even charge me - hope I get lucky again!
