Motorola E815 / E816 Hollywood
Unable to Charge
I have had my Moto E815 for about 10 months now and this is the first major problem I've had. My phone was charging fine up until yesterday. Yesterday I plugged it in to charge and it said unable to charge. I changed outlets and even tried different charges and nothing helped. Does anyone now what the problem is and how to fix it?

I would suggest taking a Q-Tip with a _little_ bit of rubbing alcohol and rub the three contact points on the phone where the charger plugs in.
If that doesn't work, take it to Verizon and they should swap it out for you.
