Need help with playlists!!!!

Hey guys, can anyone please tell me how I can file my various mp3 files into different categories? Like if I have ten different songs saved on my flash card, 5 rap and 5 smooth, can i create two playlists, and file all songs between the two of them? Then do the songs disappear? I hate having all of my songs displayed all at once, I want to hide them all. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

You can create categories when an mp3 is selected use the menu button, you will see categories, create a new category. now when you go to your mp3s you can press # to go to the different categories you've created.
