Data Cable on eBay Help

I am thinking of buying a data cable and disk. The main thing I would like to try is adding skins (which I need to research more 😛 ). I MAY try to do some hacks or edits as well....but I am a little leery of that. I have been looking mainly on eBay.

Anyway, what should I look for in the way of tools or software included? I know there are different versions and so on. I've heard that I should avoid cables that 'charge' as well because they can screw up my phone. So I want an OEM cable or similar....right? What do I really need? Also, is there a better place to look then eBay? Thanks. 😕

Saw this one. It looks like it includes an easy way to unblock features, and step-by-step instructions on how to do it. to good to be true?

I just wanted to bump this.

I am still seriously thinking of buying the item I previously posted. I would appreciate opinions. Does this have the software I need? And does the 'hacking' disk look like it is worth the time and money. I want to be as minimally invasive as I can, but still make a few changes and add skins.
